DATA RETENTION POLICY
We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to provide our Service and as required by law. Specifically:
If you are a member of The ROAS Lab, we retain your personal data for 12 months after the completion of your membership.
If you request a refund within the 14-day refund period for The ROAS Lab, your personal information will be deleted upon processing your refund, except where legally required for financial records.
If you interact with us outside of a program membership, we retain your data for 3 years from your last login or communication.
